Enerity Solutions Oy aims for international expansion with a new CEO

Jarmo Roiha started as the CEO of Enerity Solutions Oy during the summer. Jarmo transferred to Enerity Solutions Oy from Empower IM Oy, where he was responsible for sales of the IT systems of the energy sector and customer-oriented energy market services in the Nordic countries. Jarmo has previously worked at Vattenfall Oy and Helen Oy with electricity sales and customer service in digital service channels as his area of responsibility.

The new CEO has welcomed the challenge gladly.

– The excellent customer and employee satisfaction and progressive digital services of the company form a great basis for strengthening our position in the Finnish markets even further and expanding to the Nordic and European electricity markets as well.

A large-scale strategy work, in which the entire staff has been included, started in the fall.

– Our staff is eager and young as well as highly motivated and educated. Have you heard of the IT company with a staff of which 80% are certified power traders? It would be a waste not to utilize that potential. We are currently surveying how we can best help our customers succeed and what direction we must take in the future. In addition, we aim to recognize the most important areas in need of improvement, so we can get closer to our future vision.

– Even though our energy sector solutions Enerity™ Electricity Trade and Enerity™ Electricity Grid are already the market leaders in Finland, there is still room for growth. Foreign customerships will help us improve and develop the solutions of our current customers. In addition, they gain an access to Nordic customerships through our products.
